Scope

A narrow research question.

Cue does not claim to translate feline vocalizations, infer thoughts or emotions, or uncover a universal feline vocabulary.

It asks whether repeated, voluntary interaction can lead to a stable, recognizable routine between an individual cat and caregiver.

Any investigation of this question must remain voluntary and sensitive to the individual animal’s behavior and willingness to participate.
